Alex never learns what he did wrong but it must have been pretty bad, because the centerfold-quality Mistress April (Evilyn) and the statuesque beauty Mistress Lisa (Vera Von Sade) have let him out of his prison for some brutal punishment - including harsh kneeing and kicking (with mean-looking heels!), and extended smothering.
