1999 was a great year for cinema - but 2000 looks even more promising. For this is the year of THE DUMMY, The only film in which you see Star Chandler (the original devil with a blue dress on) duct tape Walter, her victim to the torture-mat, cover his mug in a pantyhose hood, and face-sit him into dreamland.
