Bart, a satellite dish installation guy, told buxom, topless Candy Apples (who is quite a dish herself) and attractive Randee Lee that he could install their system for $200. Then she pins him down while Randy cuts off all his air with her inescapable grip. These two crazy bitches take this TV guy "off the air" - literally!!!
